1. Product Introduction
The ZL-211 portable on-site dynamic balancing instrument is a measuring instrument that is more portable than ordinary horizontal and vertical balancing machines. It is much smaller in size and does not rely on external power transmission. As long as the equipment is running, its dynamic balancing data can be diagnosed, and the equipment operation status can be quickly judged on-site. After calibration by the system influence coefficient method, the system will automatically calculate the mass and angle of the added (subtracted) counterweight, and eliminate the imbalance on the equipment or shaft through dynamic balancing. Only the speed signal and the vibration signal at both ends are required. The connection is convenient and not subject to any space restrictions. The instrument is based on the ZL-210 computer measurement system and can measure single-plane balance and double-plane balance. Rotating objects such as fans, motors, impellers, and spindles are all measurement objects of the on-site dynamic balancing instrument.
