1.Product Introduction
The GA-6E Embossed Glass Appearance Detector is designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements of the National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB11614-2009 Flat Glass. It is a testing device used for detecting appearance defects in ordinary flat glass and embossed glass. When used in conjunction with an edge light detector, it can identify appearance defects in glass such as bubbles, scratches, sand particles, knots, streaks, pitting, and inclusions.
Principle
The GA-6E Embossed Glass Appearance Detector consists of two components: a light source and a box frame. The light source comprises 8 LED tubes fixed on the box frame. The sample holder is integrated with the box frame, and the light sources at the top, bottom, and both sides can be controlled separately.
