Appearance Detector Side Light Surveymeter
1.Product Introduction
The GA-5 Appearance Detector is designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements of the national standard GB11614-2009 Flat Glass. It is a testing device used to detect appearance defects in float glass and ordinary flat glass. When used in conjunction with a side-light detector, it can identify appearance defects such as bubbles, scratches, sand particles, knots, streaks, pitting, and inclusions in glass.
Principle
The GA-5 Appearance Detector consists of three components: a light source, a sample holder, and a box frame. The light source is composed of seven LED tubes fixed on the box frame. The sample holder is installed on a sliding rail located 600 mm in front of a black curtain and can slide up and down. The instrument is equipped with a hand crank for adjusting the vertical movement of the sample holder. It contains one microscope with a 20x reading.
