1.Product Introduction
The GA-1J type float coated glass online transmittance and color difference detection system is used for online testing of the transmittance and color difference of float glass, online coated glass and offline coated glass, and can scan and detect the transmittance of glass online.

This system is composed of a transmission system, a test system, a communication system and a control computer. It can be customized according to production needs to adapt to production lines of different widths.

Equipment functions 

1. It can test the spectral transmittance in the range of 380-780nm and display the spectral transmittance curve.

3. Capable of testing and recording the transmittance of each horizontal plate scan, including maximum, minimum, and average values, etc.
4. Can measure the color values of each test point and the color difference of the entire sample.
5. Allows setting continuous horizontal plate width scanning or manually specifying positions for vertical continuous testing.
6. All data are stored in the database.
7. All test operations are automatically performed via the control computer.
8. The control computer is equipped with an automatic recovery system. Even if the system crashes, it can be restored in a short time. All data are stored in the D drive, and the original data will not be lost after system recovery.
