1. product presentation
The purpose of this test is to define the responsibility of garment manufacturers to ensure that buttons, buttons and fasteners are properly fixed to garments to prevent buttons from detaching from garments and causing the risk of swallowing by infants. Therefore, all buttons, buttons and fasteners on garments must pass the test of the button strength tester. The machine can perform uniform vertical tensile tests on various buttons on clothing to test whether their firmness meets the relevant safety standards.

3.Operation Instructions:
1. Install the fixture, match the buttons to be tested, and lock the test sample to the base
2. Put down the fixture, hold the buttons tightly and pull them upwards. Each set of buttons must be able to withstand at least 17 pounds of tension (i.e. 7.72kg) and must be maintained for 10 seconds without signs of loosening or damage. At least 20 buttons of each type must be tested at the same time to be qualified.
3. If one of the buttons is loose or damaged, or after replacement, all must be retested.
