1.Product introduction
This testing machine is a low-frequency, heavy-load, large-stroke friction and wear testing machine with reciprocating function. This machine is mainly used for double-sided or single-sided heavy-load reciprocating tests and can achieve end-face reciprocating tests. It has practical significance for the inspection of some heavy-load wear-resistant materials or structures, such as the friction coefficient tests of supporting wear plates, side bearing wear plates, and heart disc wear plates, etc. The mainframe adopts a high-strength base and uses a fixed-distance reciprocating motion mode to achieve vibration friction. To enhance the vibration of the base under the action of alternating friction force, non-gap guide rails are pre-installed for loading, and the loading unit also adopts self-centering loading. This machine complies with the standard TB/T 3269-2011 for the detection of the elastic side bearing friction performance of railway freight cars.
Quality assurance
Once the equipment has been officially accepted and qualified by the ordering party, it is regarded as having been delivered officially. The three-year warranty period for the equipment starts from the date of official delivery (except for any extension provisions made by the supplier). During the warranty period, the supplier will provide timely service and repair for any faults of the equipment. After the warranty period, if the equipment malfunctions during use, the supplier will promptly arrive at the ordering party's location for service and actively assist the ordering party in completing the repair task.
