1.Product Introduction
The GA-2A friction and wear testing machine, under a certain contact pressure, features friction forms of rolling, sliding or combined sliding and rolling movements. It is equipped with a stepless speed regulation system and can be used to evaluate the friction and wear performance of lubricants, metals, plastics, coatings, rubber, ceramics and other materials under extremely low or high speeds. For instance, it can conduct tests such as low-speed pin-on-disc (with large and small discs, single and triple pins) friction, four-ball long-term anti-wear performance and four-ball rolling contact fatigue, ball-bronze three-piece lubrication performance, thrust washer, ball-on-disc, slurry wear, lip seal torque and stick-slip friction performance of rubber sealing rings. When matched with a reciprocating module, it can achieve reciprocating friction and wear movements. This testing machine has broad application prospects in various professional technical fields of tribology, petrochemicals, machinery, energy, metallurgy, aerospace, universities and research institutes.
