1.Product Introduction
The reciprocating friction and wear testing machine is a fully upgraded product. It is a widely used reciprocating friction and wear testing machine, mainly used for researching the friction performance of materials or surface coatings. The equipment features stable and reliable adjustment of reciprocating stroke, wide adjustment range, high measurement accuracy of friction force, and diverse testing forms.
The main friction pairs of this machine adopt standard ball friction and configurable pin-disc friction. It enables the selection of various friction pairs such as ball-disc-pin-disc reciprocating, rotating, and ring-ring friction. The main body of the testing machine is equipped with computer detection and control. The dedicated friction and wear testing machine control software developed by Hengxu based on high-speed industrial control can draw real-time curves for each parameter. The point acquisition frequency can reach up to 100 KHZ, effectively achieving dynamic and effective detection of the process and improving the measurement accuracy of friction force, test force, etc. The software has parameter over-limit preset shutdown or alarm protection. The instrument is ingeniously designed, convenient for installation and debugging, with a clear and user-friendly interface, and easy to operate.
