1.Use
The Bostwick viscometer (flow viscometer) . Its principle is to determine the uniformity of a sample by measuring the distance it flows downward under its own gravity within a given time (usually 30 seconds). It is particularly suitable for measuring the viscosity of products such as ketchup, fruit sauce, and yogurt. It has the characteristics of low cost, easy operation, and durability. The whole is made of stainless steel, made of 2mm electrolytically treated steel plate, with a precise scale at the bottom (0.5cm per grid), and equipped with a standard 75ml or up to 100ml sample can.
