1. Product Introduction
The concrete carbonation test chamber is a special equipment for concrete carbonation test. The product meets the requirements for carbonation test equipment in GB/T50082-2009 "Standard for Test Methods of Long-term Performance and Durability of Ordinary Concrete". This machine uses an imported carbon dioxide analyzer. This analyzer adopts the infrared detection principle and combines the domestic advanced intelligent touch screen instrument. It has the characteristics of high accuracy, long life and simple operation: the temperature and humidity sensor is composed of the domestic advanced integrated sensing module plus intelligent instrument. This product has the characteristics of high control accuracy, simple operation, intuitive digital display of temperature, humidity and concentration in the chamber and timed recording.

2. Working Principle
The concrete carbonation test chamber is a sealed box. The test piece is placed on the partition inside the box, and then the digital control instrument controls the set temperature, relative humidity, and carbon dioxide concentration to ensure constant temperature, humidity, and carbon dioxide concentration in the box.

3. Main structure
The carbonization test chamber is mainly composed of a chamber, a temperature and humidity control system, and a carbon dioxide concentration control system. The outer box plate of the chamber is made of cold-rolled steel plate, the inner liner is made of high-quality stainless steel plate, and the partition is made of stainless steel profiles, which has good moisture retention, sealing, and corrosion resistance.
