High-temperature and High-speed Friction and Wear Tester
1.Product introduction
The GA-1D type friction and wear testing machine operates in a disc-sleeve sliding friction mode. It applies a high test force to the sample under various conditions such as room temperature, different lubrication states (oil-free lubrication or oil immersion lubrication, circulating oil bath lubrication), load, speed, friction mate material, surface roughness of the friction pair, and hardness.
It can be used to evaluate the wear performance of various metals, coatings, engineering plastics, ceramics and powder metallurgy materials, and to determine the material's anti-wear property and material matching characteristics. This testing machine has an extended space for the friction pair.
The GA-1D type friction and wear testing machine can be applied in various technical fields of tribology, petrochemical industry, machinery, energy, metallurgy, aerospace, as well as in various departments of colleges and universities, research institutes (and other institutions). It has extensive applications.
The spindle drive is controlled by a three-phase asynchronous speed regulating motor and a control system, enabling stepless speed adjustment. The application of the test force is controlled by an electric thrust rod closed-loop servo system, ensuring smooth and reliable force application. The magnitude of the test force can be set by the operator on the computer interface. The spindle speed, revolutions per minute, test force, friction torque, friction pair temperature, and test time are all controlled by the computer, allowing for real-time collection of test data and the generation of corresponding test curves. The test data or curves can be stored, retrieved, printed, and output at will.
