1.Product introduction
Under certain contact pressure, this machine exhibits friction forms such as sliding movement under high temperature, normal temperature, and various fluid conditions. It features a stepless speed control system and can be used to evaluate the friction and wear properties of materials like lubricants, metals, plastics, coatings, rubber, and ceramics at extremely low or high speeds. It also has a large expansion space for friction pairs, including, for example, the friction function of low-speed pinion and ring gear (with large and small gears, single needle and three needles), the long-term anti-wear performance of four balls, the rolling contact fatigue of four balls, the ball-bronze three-layer lubrication performance, as well as the tests of thrust washers, ball-disc, mud abrasion, and the lip sealing torque and viscous-sliding friction performance of rubber sealing rings.
This testing machine is an integrated mechanical and electrical precision testing instrument. It uses a stable loading mechanism to ensure accurate force values. The spindle motor is a servo-integrated speed control system and motor independently developed and researched. It has stable speed, large torque, wide speed adjustment range, and low noise. The measurement parameters include test force, friction force, test time, temperature, and test cycle (spindle rotation speed). For the five parameters, they can be preset according to the studied materials to achieve the best usage effect. When any parameter exceeds the preset value, the corresponding alarm light will be on, and at the same time, the spindle will stop rotating. All measurement axis results can be displayed in real time on the computer screen, and the test curves will be recorded and saved.
