Introduction:
This mechanical spring fatigue testing machine consists of a drive system, transmission system, control and display systems, and is suitable for fatigue testing of various coil springs. The machine's motor is controlled by an electromagnetic speed control system. An eccentric device drives a connecting rod to raise and lower a reciprocating pressure plate, completing reciprocating compression fatigue testing of the spring. This machine is pollution-free, highly efficient, and features a wide frequency modulation range and test volume. Equipped with appropriate auxiliary tools, it can perform fatigue testing on springs of various specifications. Controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, it automatically shuts down upon reaching the test limit. It boasts high integration, a simple structure, low failure rate, stable and reliable performance, and easy operation. It is widely used in factories, mines, research institutes, and other industries.

Main unit: Mechanical loading utilizes a traditional crank-connecting rod mechanism, driven by an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor. Utilizing a flywheel for energy storage, this ensures uniform and stable loading and reliable operation, ensuring a well-defined sinusoidal waveform for the alternating stress. It also features a spring pre-adjustment device (manually adjustable) and an amplitude adjustment device (manually adjustable). By replacing various attachments, spring compression or tension fatigue tests can be performed.
Transmission system: Consists of a reduction gear, a lead screw, and a guide.
Drive system: Driven by an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor.
Measurement and control system: Consists of a counter and speed controller. Through various signal processing functions, it implements display and control functions, and records test times and frequency. Adjustment is simple and performance is stable.
Safety protection devices: Automatic shutdown upon reaching a set number of test times, as well as overcurrent, overvoltage, and overspeed protection devices.
Attachments: Two sets of universal fixtures.
