2.Features
GA-3812 measuring vibration pen has the function of high and low frequency dividing, which makes it possible to judge the fault of rolling bearing and gearbox.The high frequency value (HI) and low frequency value (LO) of vibration acceleration were measured respectively and compared. When the high frequency value was less than the low frequency value, it indicated that the vibration was mainly caused by the low frequency. It should be judged according to the speed standard.When the high frequency value is more than 5 times of the low frequency value, it indicates that the vibration is mainly caused by the high frequency. Bearing and gear faults, such as rolling bearing wear and gear tooth breakage, can be considered.
The vibration sources of all kinds of mechanical vibration mainly come from structural design, manufacture, installation, debugging and environment itself.The existence of vibration will inevitably cause structural fatigue damage, parts wear and impact damage and other faults.For low-frequency vibration, the destructive displacement damage of fatigue strength should be considered.For high-frequency vibration above 1KHz, the impact force and resonance failure should be mainly considered.It is proved theoretically that the fatigue of vibration components is proportional to the vibration velocity, the energy produced by vibration is proportional to the square of vibration velocity, and the energy transfer results in wear and other defects.Therefore, no matter from fatigue damage or wear and tear, the speed standard is the most appropriate criterion for judging vibration.
By measuring the vibration speed of the rotating machinery and comparing it with the vibration intensity criterion (10Hz ~ 1kHz) -iso2372 standard, the running state of the equipment can be known.
