BGD 584 multi-function whiteness instrument adopts full touch screen operation, fusion of optical, mechanical, electrical integration and microcomputer measurement and control technology, and has test data statistical processing function, can quickly and accurately measure the whiteness (brightness) of various objects. It can be widely used in the determination of whiteness of pigments, fillers or other powders in coatings, and can also be used in papermaking, textile, printing and dyeing, plastics, ceramics, enamels, food, building materials and other industries. The instrument can measure ISO whiteness (ISO Brightness, namely R457 whiteness), the sample of fluorescence whitening, also can measure the fluorescence whitening produced by the emission of fluorescent substances, but also can measure the coating, paper and other thin page material brightness stimulus value Y10, transparency, opacity, light scattering coefficient and absorption coefficient.
The instrument conforms to GB/T 3978 "Standard illumination volume and illumination observation conditions" and simulates D65 illumination volume illumination. The diameter of the diffused sphere is φ150mm, and the diameter of the test hole is φ30mm and φ19mm. The light absorber is equipped to eliminate the influence of mirror reflection (SCE) of the sample. The spectral power distribution of R457 whiteness optical system has a peak wavelength of 457nm and a FWHM of 44nm. RY optical system conforms to GB3979 "Object Color measurement method".
