The LZQ-80 fully automatic metallographic specimen cutting machine is composed of a main body, electrical control box, cutting chamber, motor, cooling system, and cutting wheel. Cutting Mode Description
The machine has four cutting modes: forward and backward, intermittent, continuous, and manual mode. Forward and backward, intermittent, and continuous are automatic cutting modes. (Continuous cutting mode is not suitable for black metal workpieces)
1. Forward and Backward Mode: Primarily for cutting metals, harder workpieces.
2. Intermittent Mode: Primarily for cutting metals, less hard workpieces.
3. Continuous Mode: Primarily for cutting non-metals and thin-walled metal tubes.
4. Manual Cutting: Applied for emergency rapid cutting of workpieces. (Automatic cutting mode takes longer to cut through workpieces)
