The GA-2000 multi-functional reciprocating friction and wear testing machine is a new type of friction and wear testing machine product. It is a widely used reciprocating friction and wear testing machine, mainly used to study the friction performance of materials or surface coatings. The equipment features stable and reliable adjustment of reciprocating stroke, a wide adjustment range, high precision in friction force measurement, and diverse test forms.
The main friction pairs of this machine adopt standard pin-on-disc friction, and ball friction can be optionally configured. Functionally, it can also be expanded to include various friction pair options such as ball-on-disc, pin-on-disc reciprocating, rotating, and ring-on-block friction. The mainframe of the testing machine is controlled by a computer. The dedicated friction and wear testing machine measurement and control software developed by Hengxu, based on high-speed industrial control, can draw real-time curves of various parameters, with high point collection frequency, complete safety protection, and effective dynamic and effective detection of the process, improving the measurement accuracy of parameters such as friction force and test force. The software is equipped with parameter over-limit preset stop or alarm protection. The instrument is exquisitely designed, convenient for installation and debugging, with a clear and user-friendly software interface and easy operation.
