1. Product Introduction
T-450 adopts high-precision X-ray fluorescence (HDXRF) technology. By using advanced monochromatic and focusing optical devices, hyperboloid curved optical crystal (DCC), the signal-to-noise ratio of the equipment is greatly improved, making it different from traditional energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence. The detection accuracy is greatly improved compared to EDXRF technology. Figure 1 shows the basic structure of HDXRF technology equipment. The hyperboloid curved crystal optical crystal (DCC) converts polychromatic light from the radiation source into high-energy monochromatic light and effectively focuses it on the measurement sample. The sample is excited by the focused high-energy monochromatic beam. Afterwards, the heavy metal elements in the sample emit their own characteristic X-ray fluorescence signals. The high-resolution SDD semiconductor detector collects and processes the signals. Finally, the software FP algorithm calculates the element content contained in the sample.
