1.Product Introduction
The GA-3Q fabric drape tester is a new type of testing instrument which uses image processing methods to test the static and dynamic drape properties of fabrics. The instrument is of precise structure, operates automatically, and has reliable performance. It is suitable for testing the drape properties of various fabric materials. The test results include multiple static and dynamic drape performance indicators of the fabrics.
This instrument can measure the static and dynamic drape properties of fabrics, and can save and print out the drape coefficient, wave number, uniformity of wave peak amplitude, uniformity of wave peak angle, ratio of static and dynamic drape coefficient, maximum wave peak amplitude, minimum wave peak amplitude, maximum wave peak angle, minimum wave peak angle, and average amplitude of the single values, average values, and coefficient of variation of each of the above indicators. It can also provide statistical values of these indicators for both the front and back sides of the fabric.
This instrument uses the method of placing fabric samples that naturally droop under the weight of the fabric to measure the drape properties. This method can reduce the influence of manual placement of the samples on the test results of the drape shape (especially the wave number), which is conducive to improving the accuracy of the test results.
The instrument has a precise structure, is easy to operate and automatic, and has reliable performance. It is suitable for testing the drape properties of various fabrics (including patterned or light and transparent fabrics).
