Product Introduction

The ZXQ-3Q dual-head (embedding chamber) automatic metallographic specimen mounting machine (pneumatic) is an intelligent fully automatic metallographic mounting machine designed to meet the needs of batch, rapid, and precision sample preparation. This machine is used for the thermosetting plastic pressing of irregular and tiny metallographic specimens that are not easy to handle manually. After molding, it facilitates grinding and polishing operations and is also beneficial for microstructure determination in metallography, hardness testing, etc. The isolated dual embedding chambers can be controlled separately, allowing for the simultaneous mounting of two different specifications of specimen blocks.

The ZXQ-3Q model automatic metallographic mounting machine is an ideal sample preparation equipment for laboratories in colleges, universities, and industrial and mining enterprises.

The mounting machine can reliably operate under the following conditions:

1. Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters.
2. Ambient medium temperature not exceeding +40°C and not lower than -10°C.
3. Relative humidity of the air not greater than 85% (at 20°C).
4. The surrounding environment is free from conductive dust, explosive gases, and corrosive gases that severely damage metals and insulators.
