It is applicable to the standard ISO9772 foam plastics -- determination of horizontal combustion performance of small sample under small flame condition

Scope of application
It is suitable for the evaluation of the horizontal combustion performance of small foam plastics samples with densities less than 250kg/m3 under small flame under laboratory conditions as determined by ISO 845:1985.

Relevant technical parameters
1. Ambient temperature: -10ºC ~ 30ºC;
2. Relative humidity: ≤ 85%;
3. Power supply voltage and power: 220V± 10%, 50HZ power less than 100W;
4. Single-chip microcomputer control, reading automatic timing, test related time automatic display.
5. Bunsen burner material: brass, inside diameter: 9.5mm±0.3mm Bunsen burner can be tilted from 0 to 45°;
6. Blue flame height of Bunsen burner: adjustable from 15mm-100mm, equipped with flame height scale;
7. Adjustment distance in vertical direction of sample clamp: ≤100mm;
8. Horizontal sample holder can be 90° retractable and retractable textile sample holder (optional);
9. Bunsen burner ignition automatically, ignition time can be set arbitrarily, burner movement can be controlled automatically;

Gas source: industrial grade methane gas, concentration not less than 98%, calorific value (37+1) MJ/m, with regulator and pressure gauge to ensure uniform airflow.Similar results can be obtained from other mixed sources with a calorific value of (37+1) MJ/m or from propane with a calorific value of (94+2) MJ/m.When in dispute, industrial grade methane gas should be selected.Note: Air source and link head are provided by user
