The system transmits the image to the computer through a dedicated digital camera, and analyzes the image through a dedicated particle image processing and analysis software. It is intuitive, vivid, fast and has a wide measurement range.
1. Multiple image processing methods: image enhancement, image overlay, local extraction, contrast, brightness adjustment, automatic segmentation and dozens of other functions.

It can directly calculate and analyze various parameters such as the size, shape, perimeter, area and uniform distribution of dust particles, and define the particle size distribution into four areas in accordance with national standards, namely: ≤2um, 2um~ 5um, 5um~10um, >10um, the test report can be output directly, and customized grading can also be carried out according to user requirements. Its operation method is simple, practical and fast.
