Overview

The MP-3S type automatic grinding and polishing machine is a dual-disk desktop model, manufactured based on international standards and using advanced international process technology. It is a new generation of high-precision grinding and polishing equipment with automated sample preparation process.

This machine adopts an advanced microprocessor control system, enabling the speed of the grinding and polishing discs and heads to be infinitely adjustable, and the sample pressure and time settings are intuitive and convenient. The operator only needs to change the grinding and polishing discs or sandpaper and fabric to complete the grinding and polishing operations, thus demonstrating a broader application of the machine. The machine features selectable rotation direction of the grinding and polishing discs, quick replacement of the discs; multiple specimen holders and pneumatic single-point loading; automatic abrasive delivery, and also features smooth rotation, reliability, low noise, and increased rigidity of grinding and polishing due to the cast aluminum base.

The machine is equipped with a water cooling device and abrasive flushing nozzles, which can cool the specimens during grinding to prevent damage to the microstructure due to overheating and flush away the abrasives at any time; coupled with an ABS casing and stainless steel standard parts, it is more aesthetically pleasing in appearance, and has improved corrosion and rust resistance and is easy to clean.

The MP-3S type automatic grinding and polishing machine is suitable for automatic sample preparation of metallographic specimens from rough grinding, fine grinding, rough polishing to fine polishing, making it an ideal specimen preparation equipment for enterprises, research institutions, and laboratories in colleges and universities.
