2. Working Principle
The commonly used method for the angle of repose is the fixed cone method (also known as the residual cone method). The fixed cone method injects powder into the center of a disk of a limited diameter until the material on the bevel of the powder accumulation layer automatically flows out along the edge of the disk. Then the injection is stopped and the angle of repose is measured.
