1.Product introduction

DRL-II thermal conductivity tester mainly test thin thermal conductor, silica gel, silicone rubber, solid electrical insulation materials, thermal conductivity silica gel, thermal conductivity resin, beryllium oxide porcelain, ceramic substrate, ceramic substrate, other aluminum substrate, aluminum substrate, alumina porcelain and other ceramic thermal conductivity measurement. The detection material is solid sheet, and the enclosed frame can detect powder state material and paste material.
