The VHBS-3000AET Visual Brinell Hardness Tester, equipped with an 8-inch touch screen and a high-speed ARM processor, offers intuitive display and user-friendly interaction with easy operation. It features fast computing speed, massive database storage, automatic data correction, and provides data line chart reports.

Product Introduction:

1. The industrial tablet computer is installed on the side of the machine body, with a built-in industrial-grade camera. It uses CCD image software processing to directly export data and images, completing manual and automatic measurements of the image in a convenient and fast manner.
2. The machine body is made of high-quality cast iron, formed in one piece by casting, complemented by an automotive painting process, resulting in a rounded and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
3. It is equipped with an automatic turret function, which automatically switches between the indenter and the lens, making it more convenient to use.
4. It can set the maximum and minimum values of the hardness, and emit an alarm tone when the test value exceeds the set range.
5. It has a software hardness value correction function, which can directly correct the hardness value within a certain range.
6. It has a database function that automatically groups and saves test data, with each group able to save 10 data points, and can save more than 2000 data points.
