1. Product features
Py-GC 350 thermal pyrolysis desorption instrument is a laboratory-specific gas chromatograph developed by Jiapu Instruments with great concentration. It adopts 7-inch color touch screen control, professional chromatograph UI interface design, and intuitively reflects the inlet and column temperature. The internal temperature value of the box and the detector and the value of each detector, as well as the running time, have a one-key cooling function, the operation is simple and intuitive, and it is convenient to use.
This instrument is widely used in many fields such as scientific research and education, petroleum, chemical industry, biochemistry, food safety, medicine and health, environmental monitoring, judicial investigation and so on. The instrument has high test accuracy, good repeatability, and is trustworthy.
2. Product Characteristics
1. Brand new production technology, redesign the gas source path and internal structure in the instrument, the layout of parts is more reasonable, the signal interference of components is reduced, the detection accuracy is improved, and the stability and durability of the equipment are excellent.
2. It adopts 7-inch color touch screen control, professional chromatograph UI operation interface design, which intuitively reflects the internal temperature value of the injection port, column thermostat, detector, and the value of each detector, as well as the running time, and has a one-key cooling function. Users can set the detection conditions by themselves, which is very convenient to use.
3. The column thermostat adopts a six-channel independent temperature control system, an automatic rear door opening system, a 21-step 21 platform program temperature rise, a fast rise/fall temperature, and a temperature control accuracy of 0.1°C, making the equipment competent for a wide range of sample analysis.
4. The whole machine adopts modular design and can work in parallel with multiple processors. Contains 2 types of injection port modules (capillary column injection port and packed column injection port), 5 types of high-performance detector modules (FID, TCD, ECD, FPD and NPD), which can be installed according to customer requirements. And detector module (six-port valve, ten-port valve gas sampler, headspace sampler, thermal analysis sampler, cracking furnace sampler, methane reformer can be customized), up to 3 sets of injection ports and 4 kinds of detectors, convenient for users to upgrade later.
