Abstract
The HV-1000 Micro Vickers Hardness Tester utilizes unique precision designs in mechanics, optics, and light sources to enhance the clarity of the indentation imaging and the accuracy of measurements. By manually inputting the diagonal length of the indentation through the micrometer scale, the hardness value is automatically calculated and displayed on the screen. The screen can display the test method, test force, indentation length, dwell time, conversion scale, and the data results can be output via a printer. Optional accessories include a Knoop indenter for Knoop hardness measurements and a CCD image automatic measurement system.

Product Introduction:

1. Results are displayed on an LCD screen, with the ability to display and set test scales, test forces, indenter types, dwell times, and conversion units.
2. The body is made of high-quality cast iron, formed in one piece using casting technology, complemented by an automotive painting process, resulting in a rounded and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
3. The turret worm gear lifting system significantly improves the stability and accuracy of the test, eliminating the need to refocus after testing.
4. The convenient CNC system can automatically perform unit conversions for full hardness scales.
5. An optional CCD image processing system is available, as well as an optional Knoop indenter for Knoop hardness measurements.
6. Data can be output through RS232 and USB (optional) interfaces.
7. The precision complies with GB/T4340.2, ISO 6507-2, and ASTM E384.
