1.Product Introduction
This contact fatigue wear testing machine can be used to study the material and process properties of gears, bearings, rolls, rails and other components that fail due to contact fatigue wear. The testing machine adopts an automatic/manual loading and stepless speed control mode, and through computer and dedicated software for test data processing, it can collect and process real-time test parameters such as load, speed, temperature, friction torque, friction coefficient, etc., and present the test results in the form of data graphs and tables (or print them out). In practical use, parameters such as load, speed, friction torque, time, temperature, as well as the mating materials, roughness, and hardness of the friction pair can be adjusted and selected within a wide range to examine the changes in the fatigue wear performance of the sample under various influencing factors, and to evaluate the contact fatigue wear characteristics and comprehensive usage performance of the material based on the wear condition of the sample surface under different test parameters.
