1.Product Introduction
The ring block friction and wear testing machine uses the method of linear contact sliding friction to test the friction and wear performance of the sample. The working principle is as follows: the driving part is a standard rotating ring, and the driven part is a fixed standard-sized rectangular block. By measuring the width of the strip-shaped wear marks on the rectangular block of the passive test piece under different loads, as well as the friction force and friction coefficient between the friction pair materials, the bearing capacity of the lubricant and the friction and wear performance of the friction pair materials can be evaluated. It can also be used to evaluate the lubrication performance of various lubricants under oil immersion lubrication conditions, especially suitable for the simulation evaluation of the anti-abrasion performance of medium and high-end automotive gear oils, and can be used for the wear performance research of various metals, non-metals and coatings.
The new type ring block testing machine has a novel appearance and directly applies load through servo motor, precision reduction, conversion and buffering, eliminating the fluctuations and errors of lever loading. All test parameters are set in a unitized manner, making the operation convenient. The test readings are accurate and reliable. This machine is designed with a modular structure. The computer, software, industrial control module and actuator are combined in an independent control cabinet, reducing the overall vibration of the equipment during intense friction of the ring block friction pair. It completes the control of the entire experimental process, can collect test data in real time and draw corresponding test curves, and can store, view, print output test data or curves at will.
Quality assurance
Once the equipment has been officially accepted and qualified by the ordering party, it is regarded as having been delivered officially. The three-year warranty period for the equipment starts from the date of official delivery (except for any extension provisions made by the supplier). During the warranty period, the supplier will provide timely service and repair for any faults of the equipment. After the warranty period, if the equipment malfunctions during use, the supplier will promptly provide services at the ordering party's location and actively assist the ordering party in completing the repair task.
