1.Product Introduction
The intelligent pipeline and cable comprehensive detector is a path detection instrument with strong comprehensive performance. Pipeline path detection: It can be used for path detection, pipeline survey and depth measurement of metal pipelines and underground cables without excavation. The instrument uses a variety of filtering technologies, has certain anti-interference capabilities, and can accurately locate and measure depth. It is suitable for detection and line inspection of various underground metal pipelines, pipeline management and maintenance, municipal planning and construction, power supply and other pipeline detection departments. It is One of the essential instruments for pipeline maintenance units. This function is implemented by the signal transmitter, receiver, signal transmitting current clamp and connecting test wire. The instrument has the following features:
1. Multiple detection modes: classic positioning mode, wire cruise mode, signal curve mode.
2. Classic positioning mode: compass, direction and signal amplitude display, intuitively showing the left and right directions of the pipeline.
3. Wire cruise mode: 360° all-round pipeline path indication, continuously displaying depth, current and relative position of the pipeline. The interface is simple and intuitive, and no experience is required to operate it.
4. Signal curve mode: It can display the historical signal strength curve, and find the location of the cable by observing the changes in the signal strength curve at different locations.

6. Current direction determination (partial frequency) can eliminate adjacent line interference and prevent tracking errors by calibrating the current direction.

8. Fully digital high-precision sampling processing: stable and reliable, ultra-high sensitivity, extremely narrow receiving frequency band, strong anti-interference ability, and can fully suppress power frequency and harmonic interference from nearby running cables and pipelines.
9. Ground fault search (optional function): The transmitter transmits a positioning signal to the faulty cable. Cable identification: It is designed for power cable engineers and cable workers to solve technical problems of cable identification. Can be used to identify live cables and outage cables. Users can use the instrument to accurately identify a target cable among multiple cables to avoid serious accidents caused by accidentally sawing live cables. When identifying cables, 10 cables can be pre-calibrated at the transmitting end and then received and identified at the remote end, which greatly saves engineering personnel time for round-trip calibration operations and improves work efficiency. If the cable identification is successful, it will be marked as √, and if the non-target cable is marked as ×, the target cable can be quickly and automatically identified. This function is implemented by the signal transmitter, receiver, signal transmitter clamp, connecting test wire, flexible caliper and stethoscope. The stethoscope can be used when calipers are not convenient.
Pipeline ground fault finding (optional function): It can accurately locate ground insulation faults in directly buried power cables, directly buried communication cables, directly buried optical cables, etc. When the traditional high-voltage flashover method is applied to ground faults of directly buried cables, since the discharge energy at the single-phase metallic ground fault point is proportional to the square of the discharge current and the ground resistance, the discharge sound when the fault point penetrates the gap is relatively soft. It is impossible to accurately locate, and even in most noisy outdoor situations, it is impossible to accurately capture sound waves, resulting in impossible positioning. The cable ground fault location is based on path detection instruments and A-frames, and the step voltage method is used for measurement. The results are stable, easy to use, and the location is accurate. It can accurately detect ground faults in directly buried cables in multiple scenarios. , with arrow direction indication.
Ground resistance test: Use the precision 4-wire method to measure the ground resistance on site, and introduce FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) technology and AFC (Automatic Frequency Control) technology to automatically identify interference and select the measurement frequency to minimize the impact of interference. When in use, just place the stethoscope close to the cable under test along the direction of the cable. It is suitable for testing situations where it is inconvenient to use flexible current clamps.
Special reminder: When identifying power-off cables, it is strictly prohibited to connect them to live cables. Live cable identification is only applicable to three-core armored cables. During identification, transmitting clamps and receiving clamps cannot be mixed, and the direction of the input signal must be consistent.
