1.Product Introduction
The GA-F UV Irradiation Detector is designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements of the national standard GB/T 11944-2012 Insulating Glass. It is a testing device used to inspect the UV resistance of insulating glass.
Working principle:
A UV lamp is installed inside a closed test chamber. The glass specimen is placed in an appropriate position within the chamber to receive UV irradiation. A cooling plate is closely attached to the opposite side of the specimen, which is cooled by tap water. After the insulating glass is irradiated by UV light, the device checks whether fog, oil, or other contaminants appear at the contact area with the cooling plate, so as to determine the UV resistance performance of the insulating glass.
