1. Overview

The instrument uses CT-008 microcomputer force measuring controller and high-precision tension sensor to form a force measuring system. It has the characteristics of high precision, stable performance, automatic display of test results, cyclic display of tension and friction coefficient. In line with GB/T4100-2015 standard, method B static sliding block method is an ideal equipment for the measurement of friction coefficient of ceramic floor tiles.

2. Structure

The instrument is composed of CT-008 microcomputer force measuring controller, manual force mechanism (or optional electric force mechanism), pressure sensor, working platform and so on.
Four, the working principle
The horizontal tension is applied to the measured object by the manual or electric force strengthening mechanism, and the electrical signal is generated by the pressure sensor, which is sent to the CT-008 microcomputer force measuring controller for data processing and display of the test result.
Configuration: including 1 GA-T405 host, 1 piece of ground glass, 1 brush, 1 set of weights, 2 pieces of 400 silicon carbide sandpaper, 220 silicon carbide powder 0.5 kg.
