1. Overview of the main structure
This balancing machine consists of a box, a spindle support and transmission device, and an electric measurement and control system. The main component structures are described as follows:
1.1. Box:
The box is the main body of the whole machine. The spindle support, transmission device and electric control device are all installed in the box. The box must be installed on a solid concrete foundation with a horizontality of ≤0.2/1000 and firmly fixed with anchor bolts.
1.2. Spindle support and transmission device:
The spindle support and transmission device are important components of this machine. It is mainly composed of a swing frame seat, a spindle seat, a piezoelectric sensor and a drive motor. The spindle is equipped with a pulley and is directly dragged by the motor through a transmission belt. After a period of use, if the length of the transmission belt changes, the motor can be moved to tighten the transmission belt. There is a boss on the upper end of the spindle. The boss surface is the mating surface for installing the fixture. Please oil it frequently and do not touch the hair.

2. Installation of the balancing machine
During the transportation of the machine, care should be taken not to collide with it, so as not to affect the performance of the machine. The balancing machine should be placed in the working environment required in this manual. The balancing machine should be installed on a solid cement floor. The joint surface between the machine base and the cement floor should be firmly padded and fastened with bolts. When installing the balancing machine, a level should be used to calibrate the horizontality of the balancing machine in both the vertical and horizontal directions. The horizontality should be within 0.2/1000. After installing the balancing machine, the calibration value error should be checked. If there is a large discrepancy, it should be calibrated before use.
The machine must have a good grounding. Connect the plugs and sockets of the electrical measurement and control system one by one, and check carefully to make sure they are not plugged in incorrectly.
