1.Product introduction
The latest GA-10A four-ball friction testing machine, which adopts the latest guidance and control technology, mainly assesses the bearing capacity of lubricants through sliding friction under extremely high point contact pressure conditions. It includes three indicators: the maximum no-stall load Pb, the sintering load Pd, and the comprehensive wear value ZMZ. This four-ball friction testing machine can also conduct long-term anti-wear tests of lubricants, measure the friction coefficient, record the friction force and temperature curves. The electro-hydraulic servo type four-ball friction testing machine can be equipped with a high-precision measuring device to realize the calculation and display of the wear spots of the friction pair on the screen, as well as measurement and recording. With special attachments, it can also be used for end face wear and material simulation tests.
Quality assurance
Once the equipment has been officially accepted and qualified by the ordering party, it is regarded as having been delivered officially. The three-year warranty period for the equipment starts from the date of official delivery (except for any extension provisions made by the supplier). During the warranty period, the supplier will provide timely service and repair for any faults of the equipment. After the warranty period, if the equipment malfunctions during use, the supplier will promptly provide services at the ordering party's location and actively assist the ordering party in completing the repair task.
