The MP-3 fully automatic grinding and polishing machine is a single-disk desktop model, manufactured using advanced international technology in accordance with international standards. This machine features an advanced microprocessor control system, allowing for variable speed adjustment of the grinding and polishing disc and head, and intuitive and convenient setting of polishing pressure and time. The operator only needs to change the grinding and polishing disc, or sandpaper and cloth, to complete the grinding and polishing operations, thereby demonstrating a wider range of applications. The machine has selectable rotation direction for the grinding and polishing disc, quick disc replacement; multiple specimen holders and pneumatic single-point loading, and also features smooth operation, reliability, low noise, and increased rigidity of grinding and polishing due to the cast aluminum base.
This machine is equipped with a water cooling device and abrasive jet nozzles, which can cool the specimens during grinding to prevent damage to the metallographic structure due to overheating and flush away the abrasive particles at any time. Coupled with an ABS casing and stainless steel standard parts, it is more aesthetically pleasing in appearance, and has improved corrosion and rust resistance, and is easy to clean.
