The viscosity cup is placed on a measuring cup ring with a horizontal bubble. Adjust the horizontal screw on the base until the bubble is centered. The capacity of the cup is about 150ml.

4.Brief instructions
1.Before or after measurement, clean the viscosity cup with gauze dipped in solution and dry it in the air. No residual liquid is allowed to stick to the cup or the hole of the outflow tube.
2. Before the test, adjust the horizontal screw of the base to center the blisters.
3. Mix the test solution well, and filter it in a sieve with no less than 567 holes/cm, control it at the set temperature, and keep it for 15min before measurement.
4. When the test liquid is injected into the viscosity cup, block or close the switch's outflow hole with one finger at the same time. After filling the test liquid, scrape the liquid level at the mouth of the cup with a glass plate.
5. Release the finger or open the switch and start the stopwatch at the same time. The test liquid flows out into the line and stops the stopwatch until it is disconnected.
6. The error of the second test is no more than 0.5s.
7. Apply the first method to clean after each use.
