1.Use
The MSK-2150-H5 small hydraulic roller mill is a high-precision sheet and coil rolling equipment. It is small in size and can be placed in a glove box for use. The maximum pressure is 5T, which is suitable for occasions with high requirements for rolling force and rolling gap consistency. For the rolling of positive and negative electrode sheets in the lithium-ion battery industry, the equipment has a rolling uniformity of better than ±1.5μm in the transverse and longitudinal directions, and the product has a high-quality appearance after rolling; it can be equipped with our MSK-2150-RD type winding and unwinding device to achieve a continuous rolling process.

2.Features
Small in size, it can be placed on a desktop or in a glove box. The special motor can be used in an argon environment.
The roller is made of cold-rolled die steel, and the surface is ground after heat treatment, which has high precision, strong hardness and good wear resistance.
The surface of the roller is hard chrome-plated, which is rust-proof and easy to maintain.
The independent patented hydraulic pump is modularized for easy replacement and maintenance.
