1. Features and uses.
The rotorless vulcanizer meets the requirements of ISO 6502 and the T30, T60 and T90 data required by Italian standards. It is used to determine the characteristics of unvulcanized rubber and find out the best vulcanization time of rubber material. It adopts  quality temperature control module with wide temperature control range, high control accuracy, good stability and reproducibility. The rotorless vulcanization analysis system uses the Windows 10 operating system platform, graphic image software interface, flexible data processing, modular VB language programming methods, test data can be exported after the test.
