1. Product Introduction

This software also absorbs the many years of experience of production testers, making it simple and fast to operate, accurate and stable to display, and convenient to store and retrieve data, so that general operators can master the use method proficiently with just a little guidance. This electrical measurement system can be widely used in the measurement of ultra-small workpieces, and it is even more capable of measuring large workpieces. It is suitable for use in various types of dynamic balancing machines.

System functions and technical indicators
• After measuring the influence coefficient using the influence derivative method (test weight comparison method), the unbalanced weight (g) and its phase (degrees) can be directly displayed.
• For on-site balancing, it can reach the required vibration speed value at the working speed of 300 rpm to 8000 rpm, and the workpiece can be tested with a vibration meter.
• For balancing machines with mild wear, the electrical measurement system can reach the following indicators (according to national standards)
• Dynamic balancing one-time reduction rate: URR > 85%
• Maximum measurement time: <10 seconds
