A newly designed integrated heating furnace with a precision platinum resistor provides rapid heating and high temperature control accuracy. The application of PID regulation and PWM temperature control technology enhances measurement precision and reliability.
The brightness of the light source in the photoelectric detection system and the detection sensitivity are adjustable, enabling automatic measurement of dark and transparent samples.
Measurement results can be printed using a printer, saved as a PDF report, and directly exported to a computer or USB drive, including the video.
The instrument uses capillary tubes specified by pharmacopoeias as sample tubes and can measure up to four capillary tubes simultaneously.
The SGW-685/682 model offers an optional audit trail function, complying with the requirements of national pharmacopoeias, GMP, GLP, and FDA/21 CFR Part 11, featuring user management permissions. The built-in Wi-Fi module and network module enable networking capabilities.
