2. Reference standards

1) The four-probe tester is made in accordance with GB/T 1551, GB/T1552-1995, and ASTM F84 American A.S.T.M. standards.
2) The four-probe powder test platform is made in accordance with the four-probe method requirements for the arbitration method in GBT 30835-2014 "Carbon-composite lithium iron phosphate positive electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries"
for the determination method of powder conductivity.

It is used to measure the resistivity of carbon composite lithium iron phosphate positive electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries; it is also used for the analysis and detection of conductor or semiconductor powder materials that require four-probe method measurement; it is used to measure the resistivity of graphite powder materials; it is used for enterprise quality inspection; R&D departments, colleges and universities; scientific research institutes; and quality inspection agencies.
