1.Product introduction
PCY-II high temperature vacuum dilatometer is used to test the high temperature expansion performance of solid inorganic materials and metal materials, especially corundum, refractory materials, shell and core materials for precision casting, ceramics, ceramic raw materials, porcelain clay, glaze, glass, graphite, carbon and other inorganic (organic) materials, metal products, polymer materials, providing necessary testing means for scientific research and teaching. PCY thermal dilatometer is also suitable for the determination of linear thermal expansion of ceramic tiles in GB/T3810.8-2016, the determination of average linear thermal expansion coefficient of glass in GB/T16920-1997, the determination of thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) of graphite electrodes in GB/T3074.4-2016, GB/T 7320-87 "Test Method for Thermal Expansion of Refractory Products", and fully meets the requirements of YBB00282002 [Linear Thermal Expansion Coefficient Detection] of drug packaging materials of the State Food and Drug Administration.

Heating speed: adjustable from 0 to 100 degrees/min, computer program temperature control.
The computer automatically calculates the expansion coefficient, volume expansion coefficient, linear expansion, and rapid thermal expansion.
Automatically calculate the compensation coefficient and automatically compensate, and can also be manually corrected (online).
Automatically record, store, and print data, and print temperature-expansion coefficient curves.
The temperature interval can be set freely, with a minimum interval of 1ºC.
Deformation measurement uses a high-precision grating micrometer sensor, with a measurement range of ±12.7mm, resolution: 0.1um, accuracy 0.2um, and automatic calibration range. The expansion value measurement range is large, and the sample adjustment range is increased.
The samples can also be protected by atmosphere according to user requirements, and vacuum can be drawn, with a vacuum degree of 0.1MPa.
Imported linear bearing transmission is adopted to achieve frictionless transmission of expansion value, with excellent transmission accuracy and repeatability.
PCY-II high temperature vacuum expansion instrument is equipped with a standard computer interface, which can be connected to a general computer. All test operations are completed on the computer interface. It is easy to operate and easy to learn, and a full set of software is provided.
