| Precautions for use | This instrument cannot be used to press powders with a particle size of less than 30 microns. Powder particles that are too small may enter the gap between the push rod and the steel bushing, causing damage to the sleeve during the compression process. This press is only suitable for powders with a particle size of 32-75 microns from the ball mill to avoid damage to the instrument. Please use 3" sieve group No. 200 and No. 450 sieves to filter out powders with a particle size of 32-75 microns from the powder. Please use ethanol to clean the mold after each experiment Note: Customers must wear protective glasses during the experiment!!! |
