Introduction
This apparatus utilizes a high-resolution digital camera for automatic detection of melting points through image processing analysis. It features video recording and playback capabilities.
Equipped with an embedded Android operating system, the device offers simple and convenient operation with clear and intuitive measurement. It can connect to Wi-Fi printers. The apparatus has multi-point calibration functionality, allowing test data to be saved, exported, and uploaded. It automatically generates test reports that can be exported in Excel and PDF formats. The instrument has both automatic measurement and manual visual measurement capabilities, providing a clear understanding of the continuous changes in the sample and facilitating verification of the accuracy of both automatic and visual measurements. The temperature control system uses a highly linear platinum resistance as the detection element, enhancing the precision and reliability of the melting point determination.
The SGW-650A can measure up to 5 samples simultaneously, while the SGW-630A can measure up to 3 samples simultaneously. The instrument employs advanced computer vision image analysis technology, capable of measuring special samples that become dark or opaque after melting, as well as samples that decompose during the heating process. It can also measure the cloud point of surfactants and the clearing point of liquid crystal materials.
The apparatus complies with national pharmacopoeia, GMP, GLP, and FDA/21 CFR Part 11 requirements. It features user-level management, electronic signatures, password management, network transmission, and data traceability functions.
