1.Product introduction

Patent of Professor Bao from China Building Materials Research Institute: This instrument can test the expansion coefficient and residual stress of the matrix, coating and composite sample of composite materials.
1. Prepare sample A (matrix, without coating) and sample B (with coating, composite sample)
Use precision measuring tools, such as optical microscope, to measure the cross-sectional area Ac of the coating and the cross-sectional area As of the matrix on sample B respectively. (Requires input before experiment). Under the same experimental environment, obtain the thermal expansion coefficient C1 of sample A (matrix) and the thermal expansion coefficient C2 of sample B (composite) at the same time; calculate the thermal expansion coefficient of the coating using the thermal expansion coefficient results of sample A and sample B.
2. Test two expansion coefficients and calculate the expansion coefficient of the coating, a total of three expansion coefficients:

The thermal expansion coefficient C1 of sample A (matrix); the thermal expansion coefficient C2 of sample B (composite); the thermal expansion coefficient C of the coating of the target object
3. The software makes a judgment:
If C1>C2, the residual stress is compressive stress, otherwise it is tensile stress, and the residual stress value of the coating is calculated to MPa.

2. Product Parameter

The computer automatically calculates the expansion coefficient and residual stress of the substrate, coating and composite sample.
The sample can be protected by vacuum and atmosphere.
Sample range (2~10)×(2~10)×50~100mm, square/circular.
The instrument is equipped with a standard computer interface, which can be connected to a general-purpose computer, and all test operations are completed on the computer interface.
