Rapid thermal conductivity meter (thermal conductivity measuring instrument)
Rapid thermal conductivity instrument using transient plane heat source method, this instrument is based on TPS transient plane heat source technology, using Hot Disk as the probe thermal conductivity measuring instrument.
The advantages of the Hot Disk method are:
1. Direct measurement of heat propagation can save a lot of time;
2. It will not be affected by the contact thermal resistance as the static method;
3. No special sample preparation is required, and only a relatively flat sample surface is required for solid materials. It has the advantages of fast measurement speed, wide application range and successfully avoiding the influence of natural convection in the experiment process, so it is a popular test method at present. Equipment reference standard:
ISO 22007-2 2008. It is equipped with a special round sample cylinder for rock and soil measurement.
