Work Principle

when a water-containing sample enters an electrolyte solution with a constant amount of iodine, it consumes the iodine in the electrolyte. The change in iodine content is measured by the measurement electrode, and iodine is electrolyzed at the anode of the electrolysis electrode to replenish the consumed iodine. Since the number of gram molecules of iodine in the entire reaction process is equal to the number of gram molecules of water, the instrument can automatically process and directly display the true moisture content in the sample on the screen.
