BRR-II geotechnical specific heat capacity tester geotechnical specific heat capacity tester thermal conductivity tester
1.Product introduction
The rock and soil specific heat capacity measuring device uses the cooling method to measure the rock and soil and other solid materials and liquid material specific heat capacity. Due to the heterogeneous characteristics of rock and soil, the representativeness of the sample is fully considered in the amount of sampling. The thermocouple inserted in the center of the sample can accurately measure the heat transfer process of the sample. Compared with the value of the water temperature thermocouple, it can judge the temperature equilibrium state after heat transfer. The device uses a high precision temperature measurement thermocouple and thermometer meter to ensure the accuracy of the measurement. Equipped with special calculation software, print test report.
The BRR-II type tests one sample and the BRR-III tests four samples simultaneously.

3. operating steps
1. Sample preparation: the geotechnical samples to be tested are prepared into the form of uniform small particles to meet the test requirements. At the same time, the sample needs to be cleaned and processed to remove impurities that may affect the test results.
2. Instrument preparation: place the geotechnical specific heat capacity tester on a stable test bench, and ensure that the power supply and pipeline connection are ready.
Sample loading: Pour the prepared geotechnical samples into the sample chamber of the tester and cover the sample chamber well.
3, temperature and pressure setting: according to the test requirements, set the required temperature and pressure range. These parameters can be set through the control panel of the tester or the FlowCalorimetric measurement software.
4. Start measurement: after setting the temperature and pressure range, start the tester and start the heating and cooling process of the geotechnical sample. During the test, the tester will record the temperature change curve of the sample and the corresponding heat flow change data.
5, data processing: after the test is completed, the data in the tester can be imported into the computer for further processing and analysis. With FlowCalorimetric measurement software, curves and charts of thermal physical parameters such as specific heat capacity can be easily generated for interpretation of results and comparative studies.
It should be noted that when carrying out the geotechnical specific heat capacity test, it is also necessary to control the test environment, such as maintaining the stability of the laboratory environment and avoiding the interference of external factors. In addition, it is necessary to properly calibrate and process the test data in order to obtain accurate measurement results
