2.The basic settings of the software (such as calibration data, camera parameter settings, light source settings and scale parameters) are all saved in the config file and can be used directly by calling it, without the need for customers to make tedious early settings.
3. Programming is simple, similar to the operation mode of two-dimensional manual measurement. After completing the programming, directly register and save it as the product name. The path can be saved according to the customer's intention. When calling the program, click the programming name, and the picture area will display the corresponding program product. Photos to facilitate customers to identify whether it is the program they need to call. In addition, a "search" function is added. Enter the program name in the search area, and the software will gradually find the corresponding program based on the entered text; and the saved program will not be affected by the software or computer. It cannot be used due to changes. After changing the computer or reinstalling the software, the previous programming can be opened and used without any settings.
4. The software has powerful measurement functions. In addition to basic line drawiwing, distance, angle, radius and diameter measurement, it also adds the highet point, intersection point, contour scanning, electronic caliper, area, contour, longest distance, shortest distance. , center distance and other functions.
5. Added the function of programming different areas of the same product separately. You can set product tolerances and automatically judge whether qualified or unqualified; you can perform CPK analysis; you can save the set commonly used tables in the "public report" and call them out directly when you use them; Import the good EXCEL master table into the report, directly output the measurement data to the specified cells and draw the analysis in the report. Report saving formats are: PDF, DOC, XLS, TXT, etc.
